By road it is the A41 to the M40 at junction 9, the A34 south and the ring road round to Heyford Hill, around half an hour. By rail, Bicester Village station has direct trains to Oxford in about 15 minutes, with a taxi of about the same again from Oxford station to Oxford Science Park.
Whichever way you come, the appointment itself takes around 90 minutes, so allow two hours. The first part is a conversation in which every question is agreed with you. The examination follows in a private, solid-walled meeting room, and you are told the preliminary result before you leave, with the written report and charts following within 24 hours.
